In a recent large shipment of CZ items, a few stood out due to their vibrant baked-on enamel finishes. At first, we speculated they might be ceremonial based on the unique color schemes. However, after talking with a contact in the IDF, it’s believed these are likely Kibbutz Security Guns.

Kibbutzim are collective communities found throughout Israel, most often in border regions and high-risk areas. Each kibbutz typically maintains a local defense unit—a civilian security team made up of trained volunteer residents—tasked with protecting the community in times of emergency. These units are not independent military forces but work in close coordination with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), often functioning as part of the Civil Guard (Mishmar Ezrachi) or Standby Squads (Kitat Konenut).

The CZ 75 is a semi-automatic pistol made by the Czech firearm manufacturer ČZUB. First introduced in 1975, it is one of the original "wonder nines" and features a staggered-column magazine, all-steel construction, and a hammer-forged barrel. It is widely distributed worldwide and is the most common handgun in the Czech Republic.

This is the CZ 75 "Pre-B" Produced from 1980 to 1993, which introduced longer slide rails, a cast frame, and a half-cocked hammer.
